Each Player may hold only one Account on the pk1111 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in those Accounts.
To access the full range of services on the pk1111 Platform, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your registered Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth.
You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or the identity of any other person when registering. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
pk1111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC and proof of payment method at any point during your membership, including at the time of first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawal of funds from your Account.
KYC Documents: pk1111 may request a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days confirming your registered address, and a photograph of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash account showing your registered mobile number). All documents are handled in accordance with the pk1111 Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk1111 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
pk1111 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Settings section immediately after registration. Failure to enable 2FA does not reduce your liability in the event of unauthorised access resulting from the compromise of your credentials.

pk1111 will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email requesting your password, OTP, or full account credentials. Any such communication purportedly from pk1111 requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pk1111 support.
All deposits on the pk1111 Platform are processed in PKR via Approved Payment Methods. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no fee charged by pk1111 on deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your pk1111 balance within 60 seconds of the transaction confirming on your mobile wallet. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are subject to standard interbank processing times of one to two business days.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to your pk1111 Account constitutes fraud. pk1111 will pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unjustified chargeback and reserves the right to immediately close the Account, forfeit any balances held, and report the matter to the relevant authorities and payment networks.

Where your Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk1111 reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any confirmed Real Money Balance (net of any active Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
